Obama's budget proposal is more of an insult than even Cotati's budget is.

Just as Cotati's budget hides the truth of the deferred maintenance costs in our town's future, Obama's budget proposal will add over a trillion dollars to the national debt each year with out-of-control spending while raising taxes.  Interest payment on the national debt will continue to rise under Obama's budget and take more money from domestic entitlement programs.  The vicious cycle continues to worsen.
